Your order is not accepted until EveryStoryKept confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as EveryStoryKept may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

EveryStoryKept is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with EveryStoryKept. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and EveryStoryKept, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with EveryStoryKept.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless EveryStoryKept, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents.

You and EveryStoryKept consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.

EveryStoryKept Community — Terms of Membership & Use
1. Introduction
The Legacy Community ("the Service") is a subscription-based membership offering access to digital resources, family challenges, games, activities, and monthly giveaways designed to strengthen family bonds.
By subscribing or accessing the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not subscribe or must cancel your membership. These Terms apply to all members without exception.
2. Membership, Free Trial & Billing
2.1 Free Trial (30 Days)
New members are granted a 21-day free trial of the Service. No charges will be applied during the trial period. The subscription will automatically renew into a paid membership at the end of the trial unless cancelled. You may cancel the trial at any time before it ends, without incurring any charge. Only one free trial is permitted per user/household. EveryStoryKept reserves the right to prevent abuse of the free trial system.
2.2 Automatic Monthly Renewal
After the free trial, your subscription renews automatically every 30 days, at the rate displayed at checkout. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept automatic recurring billing.
2.3 Billing Authorization
You authorize EveryStoryKept to charge your selected payment method automatically at the end of the free trial and at each subsequent renewal period. You are responsible for ensuring that your billing information is accurate and up to date.
2.4 Price Changes
EveryStoryKept may update membership pricing at any time. You will be notified in advance of any price change, and continued use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance.
3. Access to Digital Content
With an active subscription, you gain access to:
- Weekly family challenges
- Monthly giveaways and rewards
- Printable activities and digital games
- Exclusive discussions and posts
- Community features inside the EveryStoryKept platform
Access to digital materials is granted while your subscription remains active. EveryStoryKept does not guarantee uninterrupted service (platform outages, maintenance, third-party issues, etc.).
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancelling during the free trial prevents any charge. Cancelling after the billing period begins does not result in a refund; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated or partial refunds are offered for unused time.
4.2 Termination by EveryStoryKept
EveryStoryKept may suspend or terminate access, without refund, if a member engages in fraudulent activity, abuses the platform, shares or distributes paid content externally, or violates community rules or any applicable law. EveryStoryKept reserves the right to deny access to the Service at its discretion to protect the community.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 General Rule
All membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases of verified duplicate billing or technical error attributable to EveryStoryKept.
5.2 No Refunds for Digital Access
Because the membership grants immediate access to digital content, printables, and giveaways, EveryStoryKept does not provide refunds for partial months, unused time, change of mind, or forgetting to cancel before renewal. This is standard practice for digital subscription services.
6. Giveaways & Rewards
6.1 Eligibility
All active paid members and all members currently in free trial are eligible to participate in giveaways, unless otherwise specified.
6.2 Engagement-Based System
Giveaway entries ("tickets") are earned through actions such as likes, comments, participation, and challenge completion. More engagement = more chances to win.
6.3 Prize Conditions
Winners are selected via a transparent draw process and will be notified via the platform or email. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated. EveryStoryKept may modify, replace, or cancel any giveaway for operational or legal reasons and is not responsible for delivery delays or external issues affecting prize shipping.
7. Use of Digital Content
All digital content provided by EveryStoryKept is licensed for personal, private, non-commercial use only. Members may not share, distribute, or post digital files publicly, resell or reproduce content, modify or use content for commercial purposes, or share account access with others. Unauthorized use may result in termination of membership and legal action where applicable.
8. Community Guidelines
To maintain a safe and constructive environment, members agree to treat others with respect and kindness, avoid harassment, hate speech, offensive behavior, or discrimination, not share personal information of other members, and not promote political, commercial, or irrelevant external content. EveryStoryKept may remove any content or member that violates these guidelines.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
EveryStoryKept collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data and only use collected information to operate the Service. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
10. Modifications to These Terms
EveryStoryKept may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website or community platform. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
